Unknown device ACPI\TOS620A after Toshiba re-install

If you are receiving an error on your device manager after a fresh install of a Toshiba laptop and the unknown device shows only the information Unknown device ACPI\TOS620A then you need to install the HDD Protection Utility from the toshiba downloads relevant to your system.
